I'm Ernest, a product designer based in Toronto. I studied System Engineering and Engineering Management at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, which shaped how I think about design: not just as visuals, but as interconnected systems with real constraints and real users.
I care about making things that are genuinely useful. Products where the design is invisible because everything just works.
